I decided to frog the Jitterbug socks I was making for myself (the yarn seems too thick for the size 1 needles I’m most fond of) and start on a pair of booties for Zeke. I’ve knit about an inch so far, using a modified Turkish cast on for a toe-up sock. Instead of wrapping around both needles like in Fluffyknitterdeb’s tutorial, I do a figure-8. I don’t know if that makes it harder or what; I’ll have to try it the other way next sock.
